photo courtesy of barry staver I have always been fascinated by the infinite wisdom of the body. It is this insatiable fascination and curiosity of the body that led me to yoga. After years of exploring creation through art and body mechanics as a dancer I found myself in a Jivamukti class in 2004. All that I had experienced up to that point along with all that I had been seeking suddenly found a groove. In the Jivamukti method I found a place to explore the endless possibilities of the body’s infinite wisdom. I discovered that infinite wisdom as something so much more than I thought! The body, however, was my path to deeper knowing. I began to discover what is beyond the body and what makes it as magnificent and as wise as it is. It has become my mission and passion to share this joyous knowledge with other seekers. My greatest joy is sharing the yoga space with others and to witness them become inspired by their own discoveries as they make connections with the Universe within! |
![]() In October 2006, Xander Aurelius came into my life! He is pure light and joy and I am honored with the privilege of watching him grow each day. While I take a little break from my teaching practice I am expanding my karma yoga practice through the experience of parenthood. The act of allowing another being to come through me and to dedicate my days to serving his growing needs is the most selfless practice I have engaged in. He is my greatest teacher at the moment and I am eternally grateful for his presence in my life! |
