Private Instruction
Private instruction is a valuable way to deepen your understanding of yoga and of yourself. In these one on one sessions you will experience instruction that is taylored specifically for your needs. Each session moves at your pace so that you may experience attentive hands on adjustments and ask specific questions as you go. Private instruction is a perfect compliment to community based practices as it focuses on the individual, empowering you to give back in a consciously impactful way to the greater community of which you are a part!
